ABOUT OFFICE

We are a creative studio of architects based in central Limassol.

Enjoyment is paramount in determining the success of our designs, from private holiday homes to restaurants, bars, hotels and resorts. Antoniou Panayiotis Architects is an Architectural practice, founded in 2023 by Antoniou Panagiotis. The firms’ contextual approach produces unique and immersive experiences through Architecture, Interior and Landscape Design. This allows to achieve a holistic sense of experience across the range of spatial qualities within every project.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Antoniou Panayiotis was born in Limassol.

He gained h Bsc Degree in Architecture from Faculty of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 2008. He then worked for Armeftis Architects in Limassol, followed by George Stamatiou Architects also in Limassol. In 2014, he established apsquared architects with architect Andreas Papatheodoulou.

In 2023 he founded Antoniou Panayiotis Architects. Having diverse academic background and corporate experience he composed a group of young and ambitious architects who together they developed a creative and dynamic platform, with an extensive portfolio of built projects. This includes projects in the housing, retail, office and hotel fields giving them the ability to take on all design stages from preliminary design to construction.

The office philosophy reflects the need for modernity through a pragmatic approach based on the project’s brief and client needs. Every project is a new opportunity for innovation, a new chance to explore new boundaries.

Morphological simplicity, minimal interventions that use minimal resources and attention to detail and materiality are vital ingredients of the design outcome. Creating unique, spatial experiences is the firms’ purpose, where for both human itself and the natural environment is given.

Antoniou Panayiotis Architects view architecture in a sensual form.

A form created to awaken people’s senses and emotions. They approach the design of buildings and spaces through experiences and feelings, as living organisms in dialogue with nature, their inhabitants and context. This defines the office’s methodology, with life in its center and timeless quality as its aspiration.
